Dream It. Believe It. Affirm It. Achieve It
… create a crystal clear vision of the life you would love to live …
“Sally’s Journals are amazing. I’ve had many other journals before which I have not used. OMG, her books have helped me become so focused and clear in the mornings and having them in four different books really works!! My mornings have never been so efficient and already I can see physical tangible results in my life. I can totally recommend them and they all work together. Her time and dedication to having a new quote on each page, you can literally feel the energy pouring out the journals, so your own energy is uplifted. I can’t wait to get up in the mornings.”

How The Journals Evolved!
When I started my journey of goal creation, I was feeling somewhat scattered and disorganised, in my mind and on my desk. I had notebooks, papers, affirmations and quotes all over the place which was causing me to lose sight of the bigger picture. I needed a more streamlined approach to focus my attention on my goal and as systems and processes are my thing, I created the journals which helped me remain focused, committed and disciplined whilst moving forward in the direction of my goal.
With order in my mind, things started to fall into place so I decided to publish the journals to help you in the creation and achievement of your goals.
When you focus your attention on your goal, through visualisation, affirmations and gratitude, you will start getting thoughts and ideas to help you move forward in the implementation of your goal. As these thoughts and ideas come to you, write them down and take action in order for your goal to be realised. If you want things to change, be the change. Through visualisation, affirmations and gratitude, you can start to become the change

Why Do We Set Goals?
Human beings are not designed to drift aimlessly through life. We are built for fuller expansion and expression. We do this by setting milestones, or goals and then moving forward in the growth process to achieving these milestones. When we don’t set goals, we tend to stagnate and allow life to control us, instead of us controlling life. Take back control of your life, step out from the shadows and consciously and deliberately decide what you would love to happen in your life.
When you can bring your mind back to centre, calm the thoughts and consciously focus on the outcome you would like, you will find the way.

MEET THE CREATOR
Sally Purcell
Stepping out your comfort zone of discomfort can be a daunting process. Someone once said to me, if you don’t go, you’ll never know, and I loved that, I still do (you never know who you might meet or what it might bring). So off I went. I got to experience new places around the world, short term, long term, wonderful people, adventure. I am grateful for all the amazing experiences – some good, some not so good – and then several years ago it dawned on me that along the way I’d unconsciously set up my thing (paradigm).
My thing to pack up and move because I was too afraid to move out of my internal ‘dis’comfort zone of progressing where I was, the one I always took with me, the one that was playing the same old, same old ‘one step forward, three steps backwards’ dance of my life, over and over again, wherever I went. Moving on the outside, but not really moving on the inside.
